Small Group Memberships

Description

     Affordable monthly payments will guarantee quality ongoing Mathematics support for students who need math instruction throughout the school year or year round.  Prospective members have the option of choosing from 2 – 60 minute sessions, 4 – 60 minute sessions, 6 – 60 minute sessions or 8 – 60 minute sessions of online mathematics tutoring per month.   Clients can elect to pay for services over the course of a calendar year or a 9-month school year (or fraction thereof) for a fixed recurring monthly rate until the term is complete.  All of your tutoring videos will be saved to our server and made available for later viewing.  In an effort to facilitate immediate growth in the classroom, clients are encouraged to e-mail homework assignments to their assigned tutor in a P.D.F., JPeg or Word format a minimum of 2-hours prior to the scheduled session and the tutor will integrate specific problems into the LIVE online session.

How Your Membership Works

     Annual Members will pay a fixed fee for tutoring services that will be divided into 12 equal monthly payments.  Your annual term begins on the date & time of purchase and continues until the same day & time of the following year.  Your annual membership will automatically restart until you choose to manually cancel.  Annual members are automatically eligible to attend our Summer Bridge Program at no extra cost.  Clients electing to become annual members can also take advantage of our periodic workshops that take place from time-to-time throughout the year for half-price.

     School Term Members also pay a fixed fee for tutoring services, but the installments are divided into 9 equal monthly payments beginning at the start of September of each year ending at the latter part of May of the following year.  Unfortunately, School Term Members will have to pay full price for our periodic Workshops and the Summer Bridge Program.  You can begin your School Term Membership at any point during the school year, just note that the membership will automatically end after your May installment has been paid.  Should you decide to cancel your School Term Membership before the end of the school year, no refunds will be issued for sessions not attended during the month in which the cancellation takes place.  Therefore, it is suggested that you initiate any cancellation at the end of the month and attend ALL the sessions for that month.

Make-Up Sessions

Unfortunately we do not offer LIVE make-up sessions for clients who purchase our Small Group Memberships.  In an effort to keep the cost for services lower than the industry average, we suggest that clients review the video of the missed session.  Arithmetic Solutions tutors are instructed to conduct & record the session whether or not students are in attendance; this is why it is important that students submit snapshots of material they’d like to cover in the upcoming session well in advance of the session’s launch.  Should you anticipate the need to take advantage of the option of make-up sessions, one of our One-On-One Memberships may better suit your needs.  Please review our Terms of Use should you need more information regarding our tutoring policies.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  BOTH membership offers are Small Group in nature and are designed to accommodate up to 4 students operating on the same grade level.  Although a student may attend a session by him or herself from time to time, parents must understand that more students may be added over time.  If you are seeking specific, one-on-one mathematics tutoring for your child, please choose one of our One-on-One Memberships or select from our Multi-session Packages.
